冠心病患者临床辨证面诊颜色特征研究

Analysis on Facial Color Diagnosis for CHD Patients

目的:探讨冠心病患者不同证型面色信息特征变化特点。方法:应用中医面色检测仪检测冠心病患者的面色特征信息,同步收集临床病史资料。结果:冠心病不同证型患者的面色指数变化有一定特点,与气虚组比较,虚实夹杂组面部红色指数明显升高(P<0.05),白色指数显著降低(P<0.05),痰瘀组面部红色指数、黑色指数明显升高(P<0.05),白色指数显著降低(P<0.05);虚证组之间白色指数、黄色指数、青色指数无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示面色指数可作为该病临床辨证的客观依据之一。

Objective： To investigate the change characteristics of facial color information of CHD patients with differ- ent syndromes. Methods ： TCM facial color detector apparatus was applied to gather the facial color characteristic informa- tion of CHD patients, collecting the medical history datum at the same time. Results ： The change characteristics of facial color information of CHD patients with different syndromes were different, compared with the Qi deficiency group, the red proportion of facial color of the deficiency ＆ excess group was raised significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） while its white proportion was decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） , the red, black proportion of the phlegm group was raised significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） while its white proportion was decreased significantly （P 〈 0.05） ; the white, yellow, green proportion of the deft- ciency group had no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： It suggests that facial color index can be used as the objective basis for the diagnosis of the clinical syndrome.
