空气消毒剂复方香艾液急性毒性实验研究

摘要 目的:研究空气消毒剂复方香艾液使用的安全性,采用动物试验方法进行毒理学安全性评价。方法:SPF级KM小鼠急性吸入毒性实验、新西兰兔多次完整皮肤刺激实验、多次破损皮肤刺激实验、急性眼刺激实验等观察动物局部和全身有无异常变化。结果:本研究中昆明种雌、雄小鼠的急性经呼吸道吸入毒性实验,一般生理体征未见异常,血常规、血清生化指标无异常,脏器组织病理学检查未见明显异常,LC50均大于10000 mg/m3,属实际无毒级;对新西兰家兔的多次完整皮肤刺激实验、多次破损皮肤刺激实验、急性眼刺激实验均属无刺激性。结论:复方香艾液空气消毒剂属实际无毒级空气消毒液。 Objective:It is to study the safety of compound Xiang'ai Aerosol, and to conduct toxicological assessment through animal test. Methods : Acute respiratory toxicity tests at the KM mice ; more times completed skin rritation, more times damaged skin irritation, and acute eye stimulating with observations in New Zealand rabbits, and then the results were observed. Results:In this study, for male KM mice acute toxicity inhalation through respiratory tract test, routine blood and biochemical examination had no abnormal change; organization pathological examination showed no abnormal chan- ges;LCs0 were greater than 10000 mg/m3 , belonging to the actual non - toxic level. The more times completed skin irrita- tion, more times damaged skin irritation, and acute eye stimulation tests for New Zealand rabbits were all nonirritant. Conclusion:The Compound Xiang'ai Aerosol is actually nontoxic disinfectant.
