逍遥散超细粉对酒精性肝病大鼠肝功能的影响

Effect of Superfine Xiaoyao Powder on Liver Function of Ethanol-induced Liver Disease Rats

目的:探讨逍遥散超细粉治疗酒精性肝病的机理。方法:建立大鼠酒精性脂肪肝模型,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、逍遥散低剂量治疗组、逍遥散中剂量治疗组、逍遥散高剂量治疗组。给药后观察药物对模型大鼠血清生化指标的影响。结果:逍遥散对酒精性脂肪肝大鼠肝功能有明显保护作用,可降低酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清三酰甘油(TG)、胆固醇(T-ch)及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)的活性,中剂量作用更好些。结论:逍遥散可明显改善酒精肝大鼠的肝功能。

Objective：To analyze the mechanism of Xiaoyao powder treating alcoholic hepatic diseases. Methods：The model of alcoholic fatty liver rats was established, and then divided into 3 groups, e. g. contrast blank group, contrast model group,low dose Xiaoyao powder treated group, middle dose Xiaoyao powder treated group,large dose Xiaoyao pow- der treated group. The influence of Xiaoyao powder on serum biochemical indexes of model rats was observed after trea- ted. Results：Xiaoyao powder showed obviously protecting effect on liver function of alcoholic fatty liver rats. It c, an de- crease the levels of TG and T -ch in serum and decrease activation of ALT,AST and γ- GT in serum of alcoholic fatty liver rats. The middle dose Xiaoyao powder showed more powerful liver- protecting activity. Conclusion：Xiaoyao powder possesses significant role in improving liver function of alcoholic livers.
