不同型号金氏药酒蜡灸治疗老年骨性膝关节炎疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Different Types of Jin's Medical Liquor and Wax Moxibustion in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察不同型号金氏药酒蜡灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例膝骨关节炎患者(共132个膝关节)随机分成两组,采用不同型号金氏药酒蜡灸进行治疗,分别于治疗前后采用WOMAC调查量表对患者情况进行评分。结果:两组患者与治疗前相比的WOMAC总积分、疼痛积分、僵硬积分及日常活动积分均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组之间比较,50%酒精作为药物溶剂的组效果比30%究竟作为溶剂更好。结论:50%酒精作为药物溶剂的金氏药酒蜡灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of different types of Jin g medical liquor and wax moxibustion in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods： 120 patients （132 knees） were divided into two groups and treated by ditterent types of ing medical liquor and wax moxibustion. All of the patients were assessed＇ with WOMAC Table before and after treatment. Result ： After treatment, the WMMAC score of both groups were significantly lowered （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the scores were reduced more significantly in the groups with 50% alcohol group than those in 30% alcohol group. Conclu- sion：Jing medical liquor and wax moxibustion which uses 50% alcohol as solvent has a better curative effect, and is wor- thy of clinical application.
