针刺“三廉泉”配合VitalStim电刺激治疗脑梗死后吞咽障碍的疗效探析

Efficacy Analysis of Needling Three-Lianquan Point Combined with Vitalstim Electrical Stimulation on Dysphagia of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨针刺"三廉泉"配合VitalStim电刺激治疗脑梗死后吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:将入选的60例脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组分别为30例,然后对两组进行疗效观察比较。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组病人在洼田饮水试验评分、吞咽功能等方面得到明显改善和提高。结论:运用针刺"三廉泉"配合VitalStim电刺激治疗能有效地改善患者吞咽功能障碍,最大程度地回归家庭、社会。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of needling three - Lianquan point combined with VitalStim electrical stimulation on dysphagia of patients with cerebral infarction. Method：60 cases of dysphagia of patients with cer- ebral infarction were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The efficacy of two groups was observed. Results ： Compared with the control group, the swallow water tests and swallowing function of treatment group were significantly improved and enhanced. Conclusion：Needling three - Lianquan point com- bined with VitalStim Electrical stimulation can effectively improve the sallowing function of patients and let them return to the family or society possibly.
