摘要 目的:探讨不同提取工艺的生殖营养方对雄性小鼠生殖机能的影响。方法:100只SPF级雄性健康小白鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、实验1组、实验2组、实验3组共5组,实验采用腺嘌呤灌胃造模,同时3个实验组给予不同提取工艺的生殖营养方煎剂进行保护,实验时间为2个月。结果:生殖营养方显著提高小鼠的精子数、存活率、活动度,降低精子畸形率;显著提高血浆中的睾酮(T)含量,而使促黄体激素(LH)含量显著降低;并使睾丸组织中酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性显著降低,琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)活性显著升高。结论:不同提取工艺的生殖营养方对腺嘌呤染毒造成的小鼠生殖机能的损伤均有保护作用,但水提效果最好。 Objective: To study the reproductive function effects of different technologic extracts from Shengzhi Yingyangfang on model male mice poisoned by adenine. Methods : 100 SPF grade male healthy mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:the control group, the model group, experimental 1 group, experimental 2 group, experimental 3 group. The model was established by giving adenine orally to these mice, at the same time, 3 experimental groups were given different technologic extracts from Shengzhi Yingyangfang for 2 months. Results : Shengzhi Yingyangfang significantly in- creased sperm count, sperm survival rate and sperm mobility and observably reduced the rate of teratosperm. It can markedly elevate the content of testosterone(T) but significantly reduce the content of luteinizing hormone( LH ) in the blood plasma of mice with adenine poisoning. Furthermore, it can significantly reduce the activities of acid phosphatase (ACP) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and significantly improve the activities of succinodehydrogenase ( SDH ) of testic- ular tissue of mice poisoned by adenine. Conclusion: Different technologic extracts from Shengzhi Yingyangfang have a cer-tain protective effects on tested mice with adenine poisoning. The effect of water extraction is the best.
