不同采收期木芙蓉叶中芦丁的含量测定

Determination of Rutin in Hibiscus Mutabilis at Different Harvest Time

目的:考察不同采收期木芙蓉叶中芦丁的含量,用以评价木芙蓉叶的最佳的采收期。方法:采用HPLC法,以Hypersil ODS C18柱为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(34∶66),流速为1 mL·min-1,检测波长为254 nm,柱温为25℃。结果木芙蓉叶中芦丁含量在0.049%~0.182%之间,以6月和11月含量较高,9月含量最低,呈U形变化。结论木芙蓉叶中芦丁含量嫩叶期和花后期较高,实验结果与传统观点叶类药材最佳采收期为盛叶期或花前期有所差异。

Objective ： To compare the content of Rutin in Hibiscus mutabilis of different harvest time and determine the best collecting time. Methods：The method of HPLC was used and Hypersil ODS C^s was as the chromatographic column. The mobile phase was methanol - 0.2% phosphoric acid （34 ： 66） at the flow rate was 1 mL ~ min-＇. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 25 %. Results ： The content of Rutin in Hibiscus mutabilis which arrived its maximum yield in June and November while minimum yield in Septemper, between 0. 049% and 0. 182% , showing a U - shaped change. Conclusion ： Traditionally, the best collecting time of leafy herbs is considered to be in shing leaf stage or before the flower stage traditionally. But this is not agreed with the resuh of our study that the content of Ru- tin in Hibiscus mutabilis is higher in tender leaf stage and after the flower stage.
