摘要 目的:优选关黄柏生物碱的超声提取工艺。方法:采用一测多评法测定关黄柏中小檗碱、巴马汀和药根碱的含量,通过正交试验设计,以关黄柏中小檗碱、巴马汀和药根碱的含量之和为综合评价指标,优选关黄柏生物碱超声提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为加10倍量70%乙醇超声提取2次,每次25 min。结论:优选的提取工艺稳定可行、操作简便、重复性好,可有效提取关黄柏中的多种生物碱。 Objective: To optimize ultrasonic extraction technology of Phellodendron amurense. Methods: Determined tThe contents of berberine, palmatine and jatrorrhizine were determined with multi - components quantitation by one marker,. The orthogonal design was used to optimize ultrasonic extraction technology of Phellodendron amurense with total contents of berberine, pahnatine and jatrorrhizine. Results: The best extracting condition was as follows :70% alcohol ul- trasonic extracted 2 times, 25 minutes for everyeach time and ratio of lipuid to solid was 10 : 1. Conclusion: The opti- mized technology was stable, simple, feasible and reproducible, and it was effective for extracting multiphasic alkaloids from Phellodendron amurense.
