摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定环维黄杨星D纳米乳中药物含量。通过有机溶剂法破乳,采用高效液相色谱法在205nm波长处测定峰面积,测定环维黄杨星D纳米乳中环维黄杨星D的含量。环维黄杨星D在0.0501—0.5010mg m L-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;回归方程为:A=520.83C+0.8515,r=0.9992(n=5);平均回收率为99.31%、RSD=0.89%;日内及日间精密度的RSD分别为0.61%和0.94%(n=5)。建立的高效液相色谱法准确度高、专属性好,可用于环维黄杨星D纳米乳中环维黄杨星D的含量测定。
The content of cyclovirobuxine D in the nanoemulsion was determined by HPLC. Methanol was used for the emulsion breaking and HPLC was used for the content determination of the nanoernulsion at wavelength 205nm. Cyclovirobuxine D showed a good linear relationship with the area in the range of 0. 0501--0. 5010mg·mL-1. The regression equation was A=520. 83C+0. 8515,r=0. 9992 (n=5);the average recovery was 99.31% and RSD was 0. 89% RSD of the intra--day and inter-day precision were 0. 61% and 0. 94%(n = 5). The method was suitable for the determination of drug content of nanoenmlsion.
