摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体-发射光谱法同时测定土壤、岩石及水系沉积物中B、Ba、Be、Cd、Ce、Co、Cr、Cu、L a、L i、M n、N i、Pb、Sc、Sr、T i、V、Zn、M o等19种微量元素的方法。通过大量干扰实验,选择合适的测定元素波长,并对背景校正位置进行了优化。该方法定量限能够满足土壤、岩石及水系沉积物中化探分析的要求。
A method for the determination of B, Ba, Be, Cd, Ce, Co, Cr, Cu, La, Li, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sc, Sr, Ti, V, Zn and Mo in soil, rock and sediment samples by ICP-OES has been developed. The interferences from matrix component were investigated carefully. The proposed method was successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of 19 trace-elements in the geological certified reference materials. The results were found to be in reasonable agreement with the certified values.
