摘要
建立阿霉素凝胶微球中药物含量的测定方法。采用分光光度法,确定检测波长为480nm,阿霉素在2—40Lg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.97%。该方法简便易行,快速准确,可用于阿霉素凝胶微球中阿霉素的含量测定。
The method for the content determination of gel microspheres loading Adriamycin was established. The contents of gel microspheres loading Adriamycin were determined by spectrophotometry. The linear range of adriamycin was 2--40ug/mL (r; 0. 9999)with an average recovery of 99.7 % (RSD-=0. 97 % ) at 480nm. The method is simple,accurate and rapid, which can be used in the quality control of gel microspheres loading Adriamycin.
