恩诺沙星固体分散体的制备、表征及含量测定

Preparation,Characteration and Content Determination of Enrofloxacin Solid Dispersion

制备了恩诺沙星/聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(P VP K 30)固体分散体,并采用红外光谱法和X射线粉末衍射法对其进行了表征,最后利用紫外分光光度法进行了含量测定。结果表明,恩诺沙星以无定形状态存在于固体分散体中,并且与PV P K 30之间存在一定的相互作用,所建立的含量测定方法简单可行。

Enrofloxacin/Polyvinylpyrrolidone （PVP K30） solid dispersion was prepared and characterized by infrared spectroscopy and X-ray powder diffraction. UV spectrophotometry method was used to determine the content of enrofloxacin in the solid dispersion. The results showed that enrofloxacin in the solid dispersion existed in an amorphous state and had a certain degree of interaction with PVP K30. The content determination method was simple and feasible.
