摘要
建立了液相色谱串联质谱法测定保健食品中苯巴比妥、艾司唑仑、地西泮等13种镇静催眠类药物的方法,优化了样品前处理方法及液相色谱串联质谱测定条件。采用甲醇为提取溶剂,超声处理,液相色谱串联质谱检测。结果表明:本方法测定13种镇静催眠类药物的线性范围均为0.04—5.0Lg/mL,检出限在1.0—10.0mg/kg之间,3个水平的加标回收率在82.5%—96.9%之间。
A comprehensive analytical method v^as developed for the determination of 13 sedative-hypnotics in healthy food, such as phenobarbital, estazolamum, diazepam, and etc. The samples were extracted with methanol under ultrasonic field, and analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS. The results showed that the sedative-hypnotics shown good linear relationship over the concentration range from 0. 04--5. 0μg/mL,the limit of detection was in 1.0--10.0mg/kg,and the average recovery were between 82.5%--96.9%.
