摘要
以原子荧光光谱法(AF S)测定青海省海东富硒地区土壤中硒的含量。方法的回收率在97.9%—99.7%之间,相对标准偏差为1.03%—1.72%之间(n=7)。实验证明,建立的方法简单快速,精密度高,满足对土壤中硒的检测要求。
Selenium in soil collected from Haidong region of QingHai Province was determined by AFS. The experimental results show thai the recovery .(n= 7) is 97. 9%--99. 7% ,and the RSD (n=7) is 1. 03%--1. 72%. Experiments show that the established method is simple, fast, high precision to meet the requirements of determination of selenium in the soil.
