CTMAB-Al复合改性蒙脱石的表征及应用

摘要 以钠基蒙脱石(Na-MMT)为原料,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)预先改性,再用羟基铝柱撑液改性,制备不同CT M A B用量的复合改性蒙脱石(CT M A B-Al-M M T),用于同时吸附水中苯酚和镉离子。复合改性蒙脱石用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)表征。结果表明,CTM AB和羟基铝阳离子已有效进入蒙脱石层间,层间距随CTMAB加载量增大而增加,吸附率随CT MAB加载量增大有明显提高。当复合改性蒙脱石用量为0.1g/50mL,吸附时间2h,pH=10时,苯酚吸附率达92.1%,镉离子吸附率达98.8%。 CTMAB-A1 Montmorillonites complexes taking Na+-Montmorillonite as rough materials were synthesized, which were premodified with different concentrations of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) and pillared with hydroxy-A1 cations in the end. Simultaneous sorption of aqueous phenol and cadmium ion onto CTMAB-A1-MMT were examined. The results show that CTMAB and hydroxy-A1 cations are effectively into the interlayer and basal spacing is increased with the loading value of CTMAB by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis. The sorption is heighten along with increase of CTMAB. The adsorption rates of phenol and cadmium ion reach 92.1% and 98.8% under condition of CTMAB-A1- MMT dosage 0. 1g/50mL,pH 10 and adsorption time 2h.
