摘要
建立一种快速溶胶-凝胶法制备Y AG∶Ce3+荧光粉方法。以聚乙二醇,氧化钇,氧化铈,硝酸铝及硝酸等为原料,实现了该法的快速制备YAG∶Ce3+过程。研究结果表明,通过改进可使该法制备时间缩短至12h以内。X射线粉末衍射,扫描电镜,光谱分析等表明,使用该法较传统溶胶-凝胶法可以获得更高的发光强度。
A method for the rapid preparation of YAG : Ce3+ phosphors was established. Polyethylene glycol, yttrium oxide, cerium oxide, aluminum nitrate and nitrate, etc. was added as raw materials ,the rapid preparation was achieved. The time of preparation could be shorten to 12 hours by improvement experiment. The products were characterized by X ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy ,excitation spectrum and emission spectrum etc. The results showed that it can get higher luminous intensity than traditional sol-gel methods.
