摘要
流通现代化是一种顺应时代需求的与时俱进的动态变革过程,商业业态的变革是流通现代化的重要标志。20世纪80年代末开始的第一轮流通现代化,是以连锁超市、便利店、大卖场、专业卖场、购物中心、品牌直销店等新型商业业态的产生为标志的。目前,新一轮的流通现代化是基于多元化、便捷化、知识化、体验化、个性化的市场需求,并依托网络技术、移动通信技术、供应链技术和现代化管理技术而进行的商业业态创新过程。店网融合、主题商店、DIY商店、会员制商店、城市消费合作社和家庭采购顾问等有可能成为新一轮商业业态创新的模式。
Distribution modernization is the dynamic reform process conforming to the times. The reform in the commercial form is the important symbol of distribution modernization. The existence of such new commercial forms as chain supermarket, convenience stores, GMS, shopping center is the symbol of the first round of distribution modernization, which began from 1980's. At present, the new round of distribution modernization should be based on the diversified, facilitated, knowledgeable and personalized market requirements; and it should depend on the technology of network, mobile communication, supply chain and modernized management. The integration of online shops, themed restaurant, DIY shops, membership store, urban consumer's cooperatives and family purchasing consultants will become the innovative pattern of the new round of distribution modernization.
