摘要
为透析职业教育领域师生间专业能力的共生发展机制,本文通过行为分析等方法,对职业教育领域中师生专业能力发展的同一性危机、同一性本质以及师生间专业能力发展的相互关系进行了考察。结果发现,在职业教育教学过程中,教师专业能力的发展和学生职业能力的塑造在时间维度上具有不可分割的同一性;与师生职业相关的认知能力、职责能力、社会能力、迁移能力和元能力的发展具有相当一致的顺序性和能力频谱特征;师生间专业能力的发展具有互利共生关系。因此,在职业教育中,必须用时空统一的共生发展观将教师专业能力的发展过程与学生职业能力的塑造过程紧密联系起来。
In order to explore the symbiotic development mechanism of professional competence between the teachers and the students in the TVET system, this paper has studied the identity crisis, the nature of identity, and the relationship be- tween teachers' professional competence development and students' occupational competence development with the methodolo- gies of behavior analysis. This research found that in the implementation process of TVET teaching and learning, there is a sharply indivisible identity between the development of teachers' professional competence and the cultivation of students' occu- pational competence in the time dimension; the development of cognitive competence, functional competence, social compe- tence, transferable competence and recta-competence which are related to both teachers' and students' vocation has a fairly consistent sequence and competence spectrum characteristics; and the professional competence development of teachers and students has mutualism symbiotic relationships. Therefore, in the TVET System, we must treat teachers' professional develop- ment process and students' occupational competence cultivation process in the perspective of symbiotic development that inte- grates the spatiotemporal dimension together.
