依帕司他、甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸不同组合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察 被引量:17

Effect of the different combinations of Epalrestat,Methylcobalamin,and α-lipoic acid in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的探讨依帕司他、甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸不同组合对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效。方法研究对象随机分为4组,每组各42例,分别予依帕司他+甲钴胺(A组)、依帕司他+α-硫辛酸(B组)、α-硫辛酸+甲钴胺(C组)、依帕司他+甲钴胺+α硫辛酸(D组)治疗3周。比较治疗前后神经传导速度(NCV)、密西根神经评分(MNSI)。结果治疗后腓、胫神经的运动神经传导速度(MCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SCV)高于治疗前(P<0.05),MNSI较治疗前下降(P<0.05)。D组左腓神经MCV治疗后NCV上升值高于A组(P<0.05)。结论依帕司他、甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸不同联合均能有效治疗DPN。 Objective To investigate the effects of different combinations among Espalrestat, Methylcobalamin, and a-lipoic acid in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Methods The 168 patients with DPN admitted to our hospital from August 2010 to October 2012 were randomized into four groups with 42 in each. Group A was given Espalrestat + Methylcobalamin, group B Espalrestat + a- lipoic acid, group C Methylcobalamin + a-lipoic acid, and group D Espalrestat + Methylcobalamin + a- lipoic acid. The duration of treatment was 3 weeks. The nerve conduction velocity (NCV) and MNSI scores of the four groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity (SCV) of peroneal nerve and tibial nerve of the four groups were significantly higher (P〈0. 05), and MNSI scores were significantly lower (P〈 0. 05). Comparing with group A, there was a more obvious increase of MCV of the left peroneal nerve in group D (P〈0.05). Conclusion The different combinations among Espalrestat, Methylcobalamin, and α-lipoic acid are all effective in treating DPN.
