摘要
课程资源是素质教育目标得以实现的基础保障,对课程资源的认识、课程资源开发利用的程度和质量,直接影响着幼儿素质教育的实施。美国FOSS(Full Option Science System)科学教育项目在通过课程资源的开发、利用提高幼儿整体素质,促进幼儿创造性和动手能力的发展等方面为我国幼儿素质教育课程建设提供了有益经验。FOSS在课程资源开发上具有系统性、全面性和生态性等特点,在资源利用上强调为儿童创新和实践能力的培养服务,既面向全体儿童又重视儿童综合素质的提升,同时关注课程资源在实践运用中的有效性。
Serving as the base of quality education, curriculum resource along with its development and utilization has become essential research topics in Chinese kindergarten curriculum reform. FOSS (Full Option Science System) science education project provides us a practical model in how to promote the development of children's science literacy, creativity and other critical capabilities through curriculum resource development. As a systematic, comprehensive and ecological curriculum system, FOSS stressed the enhancement of overall quality of students, while advocating the effectiveness of curriculum resource use.
