利用教育影视作品重建幼儿园教师师德

On the Preschool Teachers' Moral Reconstruction from the Perspective of Film and Television Works

受当前市场经济和实用主义价值观的消极影响、幼儿园教师地位待遇依旧比较低的现实制约,当前幼儿园教师师德普遍存在职业情感不够深厚、职业态度不够端正、职业责任感不强、职业发展主动性差等问题。在探索新的师德教育形式方面,利用优秀的教育影视作品不失为一种有效的策略。它们塑造的高尚教师形象有助于新时代幼儿园教师学习以爱岗敬业、热爱幼儿、以身作则、严谨治学、不断进取为基本内涵的教师基本道德规范、道德情操与道德品质。

Preschool education in our country is facing the good development situation. The problem of teachers＇ moral has aroused extensive attention. This paper started from the current situation of preschool teachers＇ morality from the perspective of education film and television works, and then put forward the basic strategies for preschool teachers＇ morality reconstruction.
