非酮症高血糖与癫痫发作 被引量：2

摘要 癫痫是一种突然的、阵发性神经元异常放电所致的短暂的大脑功能失调为特征的疾病或综合征。目前临床中发现许多癫痫发作是血糖异常唯一或者突出表现,而糖尿病非酮症非高渗状态,也就是单纯高血糖引起的癫痫发作,称之为非酮症高血糖（nonketotic hyperglycinemia,NKH）性癫痫。在1965年,Maccario等[1]首先报道了此类病例,
