急性脑梗死静脉溶栓治疗后颅内出血的最新研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 静脉溶栓治疗是目前急性脑梗死[1]最为有效的治疗措施,能显著降低脑梗死患者的严重残疾及死亡的风险。但是颅内出血[2](intra-cerebral hemorrhage,ICH)作为溶栓治疗后最严重的并发症[3]降低了患者溶栓治疗的成功率,还可能直接导致使患者死亡,
