摘要
采用铬氟活化工艺处理钛合金,并采用扫描电镜、能谱仪以及X射线衍射分析仪对活化处理后化学镀层的表面形貌、成分以及结构进行了分析,采用涂层附着力自动划痕仪测试镀层与基材的结合力,并与钛合金直接化学镀进行了对比。结果表明,钛合金采用铬氟活化处理后再化学镀,其结合力远高于钛合金直接化学镀镀层的结合力,且随着热处理温度的提高,镀层的结合力大大提高。
Chromium fluoride activation process was applied to titanium alloy. The surface morphology, composition and structure of electroless nickle coating after chromium fluoride activation were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The adhesion of the coating with matrix was measured by coating adhesion automatic scratch tester. The results show that the adhesion of the coating with matrix after chromium fluoride activation was much higher than that of direct electroless plating, and the adhesion increased with the heat treatment temloerature increase.
