摘要
目的研究分析血管外科实习生预防控制医院感染的理论与行为的相关因素,并分析带教对策,以提高学生的感染预防控制能力。方法将2008年1月-2012年10月进入血管外科的54名本科实习生,通过以问题为导向教学法及循证医学教学法,采用问卷调查和自我评价的方式比较实习生实习前后对医院感染预防控制理论与行为的知晓情况。结果采用以问题为导向的教学法与循证医学结合的教学方法后,实习生对医院感染的预防控制认识普遍得到了提升;并且在自我修养方面如沟通协作能力实习前(44.51±7.22)分,实习后(90.04±1.78)分,提高最明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),职业行为规范、医院感染知识、自我学习能力、发现问题能力、理解能力等均有普遍的提高。结论加强带教教师的职业素养与责任意识,提高实习生的学习积极性,注重实习生专业能力与职业行为规范的训练,对医院感染的预防控制具有良好的作用。
OBJECTIVE To study related factors of prevention and control theory and behavior of vascular surgicalinternship hospital infections, and analyze the teaching methods so as to enhance the students, ability of infectionprevention and control. METHODS For the 54 undergraduate interns enrolled in the vascular surgery from Jan2008 to Oct 2012,their awareness of the hospital infection prevention and control theory and behavior before andafter internship was compared through PBL (problem-based guide) method and EBM (evidence-based medicine)method and by adopting the questionnaire survey and self evaluation approaches. RESULTS After receiving theteaching through the combined PBL and EBM way, interns had generally improved their awareness of preventionand control knowledge of hospital infections; moreover, their self-cultivation aspects such as communication andcoordination ability were significantly improved after the internship (44. 51±7. 22 vs 90. 04 ± 1. 78),showing sig-nificant difference (P〈0. 05) ; and their professional code of conduct, hospital infection knowledge, self learningability, ability of discovering, and understanding ability were improved. CONCLUSION To strengthen the profes-sional quality and responsibility consciousness of the teachers,enhance the intern's study enthusiasm,pay atten-tion to the training of intern professional ability and professional code of conducts will play an important role in theprevention and control of hospital infection.
