提高镁及其合金熔铸质量的技术措施

Technical measures for improving melt quality of magnesium and magnesium alloys

摘要 在生产镁合金铸锭的过程中,存在影响其质量的各项因素,从熔铸镁合金的原辅材料选择、熔体净化、熔铸设备和转注方式的选择等方面,分析了影响镁合金熔铸质量的各项因素。结合生产实践经验,得出了提高镁及其合金熔铸质量的技术措施,稳定地生产出合格的镁合金铸锭。 As the property of magnesium is active, its quality would be easily affects by va- rious factors in producing magnesium alloys. The factors that affected the melting quality of magnesium alloys were analyzed in different aspects, such as the selection of raw and auxilia- ry material, casting machine, melt purification methods and melt transfer methods. Then the production practice and experience was combined. Thus the technical measures for improving melt quality of magnesium and magnesium alloys were put forward, and qualified magnesium alloy ingots can be produced steadily.
