西沙野生诺尼种子内生细菌的分离与筛选

Separation and Screening of Endophytic Bacteria in Xisha Wild Noni (Morinda citrifolia L.) Seed

通过微生物培养方法首次对我国西沙野生诺尼种子内生细菌进行分离及筛选,共得到20株内生细菌,经形态学观察、16S rDNA扩增及系统发育分析,将其归为变形菌门(Proteobacteria)中的肠杆菌(Enterobactersp.)、伯克霍尔德氏菌(Burkholderia sp.)和泛菌(Pantoeasp.)3个菌属。

This is the first report that the endophytic bacteria in Xisha wild Noni seed were isolated,screened and identified by the microbial culture-dependent method combing with morphological observation,16S rDNA amplification and phylogenetic analysis,indicated that the total 20 strains from Noni seed were clustered into 3 genus belonging to Proteobacteria,Enterobactersp.,Burkholderiasp.and Pantoeasp..
