基于参数估计的无参考型图像质量评价算法 被引量:26

摘要 针对现有客观图像质量评价算法通用性差及人类主观感知相关性弱等问题,该文提出一种基于参数估计的无参考型图像质量评价算法。该算法通过分析图像本身所蕴含的质量特征,提取出图像结构信息、颜色信息和视觉信息的评价度量指标,采用回归分析的方法估计出相应指标的参数。实验结果表明,该算法与主观评价结果一致性好、鲁棒性强,优于其它客观评价算法,能够准确反映人类对图像质量的视觉感知效果。 Due to lack of adaptability to assess objective image quality and poor correlation between the existing assessment methods and subjective human perception, a no-reference image quality assessment method based on parameter estimation is proposed. In the method, the metrics of structural information, color information and visual information are extracted by analysing qualitative characteristics of the images themselves. Then, relevant parameter is estimated by regression analysis. Experimental results illustrate that the proposed method has better consistency and robustness with the subjective assessment of human beings than the other objective assessment methods, thus it can be used to describe the visual oerceotion of the image effectivelv.
