单核细胞增生性李斯特菌生物被膜形成调控机制研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 单核细胞增生性李斯特菌(Listeriamonocyto—genes,LM)是重要的人兽共患食源性病原菌,可引起人、多种动物感染发病,病死率高达20%~30%。近年来,李斯特菌病在世界范围内都有发生,并且发病具有上升趋势。由于该菌在自然界中广泛存在,并可形成生物被膜,增强了该菌对外界环境的抵抗力。李斯特菌病的发生80%是由生物被膜引起,由于生物被膜的多重耐药性,给临床治疗带来巨大困难,严重的危害了人们健康。
