BRCA1蛋白在犬乳腺肿瘤中的表达及意义
摘要
犬乳腺肿瘤是犬最常见的肿瘤之一，它的发生、发展与多种因素有关。人类医学研究认为，乳腺肿瘤易感基因1（Breastcancersusceptibilitygene1，BRCAl）是一种肿瘤抑制基因，编码抑癌蛋白，对肿瘤生长起抑制作用。国外关于犬乳腺肿瘤的研究也显示其表达下降或失表达对乳腺癌的发生发展有重要作用。
