摘要
目的:运用近红外光谱(NIR)分析技术建立龙胆苦苷定量分析模型,对秦艽提取过程中龙胆苦苷含量进行快速检测,实现在线监控。方法:收集秦艽中龙胆苦苷样本的近红外图谱,并用HPLC法测定其含量,根据含量值分为4个浓度段分别建立近红外定量模型,并将所建模型应用于秦艽提取过程中在线检测龙胆苦苷含量。结果:定量模型的浓度范围为0.0024~63.3318 mg·mL-1,所建模型的预测值与HPLC值偏差较小。在线应用时,龙胆苦苷含量的NIR值与HPLC值的浓度图谱趋势几乎一致。结论:建立的定量模型预测效果良好,能够在线控制秦艽提取过程中龙胆苦苷的含量。
Objective: To develop a near - infrared spectroscopy (NIR) quantitative analysis method for the rapid a- nalysis and on - line determination of gentiopicroside in Gentiana. Methods: The near - infrared spectra of gentiopi- croside were collected and the concentration value was determined by HPLC. Models of near - infrared spectra quantification were developed based on four different concentration ranges, and applied in the process of Gentiana extraction. Results:For the determination ,the content range was 0. 0024- 63. 3318 mg ~ mL-1 and the model pre- dictions had smaller deviation than HPLC determination value. Conclusion:The quantitative method has a well - predicted result, which can be applied in the process of Gentiana extraction on -line.
