Development and prospect of China's pharmaceutical analysis discipline

摘要 分析学科的发展现状和相关学科的需求,探讨我国药物分析学科的发展方向和研究内涵。分析结果表明,我国药物分析学科在基础研究和应用基础研究领域取得了长足的进步,研究工作也具有相当的积累。但是,与药学其他学科比较,基础研究尚显薄弱;学科发展到了一个关键的转折点,即从"服务支撑"向"创新引领"转变。今后,应加强学科交叉,发展独创性药物成分分析和药物活性分析方法及相关技术,解决药物学和药理学的科学和技术问题,形成我国药物分析学新研究体系。 The aim of this work was to analyze the current development of China's pharmaceutical analysis discipline and its related fields. The analysis showed that considerable progress had been made in basic research as well as ap- plied research in the analytical area. However, compared with other areas in drug discovery and development, basic research is still weak. A key turning point has been reached where the role of analysis is changing from" service and support" to" innovation and leadership". Thus, it is essential to strengthen interdisciplinary relations, develop new methods, and produce related technologies for pharmaceutical ingredient and activity analysis. This would both solve the scientific and technical problems of pharmaceutical sciences and pharmacology, as well as enable us to establish a new and effective system for pharmaceutical analysis science in China.
