摘要
通过测定过氧化值,考察了含不饱和脂肪酸油类软胶囊是否添加抗氧化剂、胶皮水分的高低、不同的包装形式、不同储藏环境下的氧化变质的情况,找出了延缓含不饱和脂肪酸油类软胶囊变质的方法和方向。
By determination of the peroxide value, the containing unsaturated fatty acid oil soft capsule on whether to add antioxidant, rubber water level, different packaging forms, the oxidation of different storage environment situation, find out the delay containing unsaturated fatty acid method and direction of of soft capsule metamorphism.
