纳豆激酶粗提液抗血栓作用的研究 被引量:13

Effect of nattokinase extraction on anti-thrombosis function

摘要 通过检测注射纳豆激酶粗提液后,家兔血浆中的纤溶和凝血指标的变化以及纳豆激酶粗提液对小鼠的尾静脉模型和肺血栓模型的保护作用,评价纳豆激酶粗提液的抗血栓作用。结果表明:与空白对照组相比,纳豆激酶粗提液中剂量组的纤溶指标优球蛋白溶解时间(ELT)缩短,血浆中纤维蛋白(原)降解产物(FDP)和D-二聚体的含量升高,差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。高剂量组的凝血指标中活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)和凝血酶时间(TT)的延长达到显著水平(P<0.05),凝血酶原时间(PT)延长、纤维蛋白原(FIB)含量的降低均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。体内血栓模型实验中纳豆激酶粗提液能明显提高胶原蛋白-肾上腺素混合诱导的肺血栓小鼠的存活率(P<0.05),降低角叉菜胶所致小鼠尾静脉血栓的形成率(P<0.05)。综上所述,纳豆激酶粗提液具有较强抗血栓作用。 The effects of nattokinase extraction for anti-thrombosis function were evaluated by measuring the change of fibrlnolysis and coagulation indexes, protection for thrombosis in tail vein and pulmonary thromboembolism in mouse model. It was shown that compared with the control group, middle does group could significantly reduce ELT, increase the content of FDP and D-dimer (P〈0.01). The high dose group could obviously prolong PT, increase the content of FIB (P〈0.01), prolong APTT and TT (P〈0.05). In addition, in animal thrombosis models the survival rate of mice with pulmonary thrombosis induced by the mixture of collagen-epinephrine was increased by nattokinase extraction, and it was also remarkably inhibited the formation of thrombosis in mice's tail vein by Carrageenan. In conclusion, Nattokinase extraction has significant anti-thrombotic effects.
