响应面法优化沙蒿籽胶提取工艺研究 被引量:2

Optimization on the extraction conditions of Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch gum by response surface methodology

摘要 通过单因素试验研究了料液比、pH值、水解温度、水解时间以及乙醇浓度对沙蒿籽胶提取率和黏度的影响,并采用Box-Behnken Design(BBD)试验设计和响应面分析法,进一步优化沙蒿籽胶的提取工艺,最终得到最佳提取条件为:pH1.5、水解时间2.0 h、水解温度90℃、料液比1:100。在此工艺条件下沙蒿籽胶的提取率为21.18%,黏度为0.432 Pa·s。 The effects of material-liquid ratio, pH value, hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time and ethanol concentration on the yield and viscosity of Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch gum (ASKG) were discussed. Extraction conditions were further optimized using Box-Behnken Design (BBD) and response surface methodology, and the result were pill.5, hydrolysis time 2.0 h, hydrolysis temperature 90 %, material-liquid ratio 1:100. On these conditions, the yield of ASKG reached 21.18% and the viscosity was 0.432 Pa.s.
