高压密封消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定企鹅珍珠贝中镉

Determination of Cd in Pteria penguin by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with high pressure sealing digestion

摘要 高压密封消解样品,采用石墨原子吸收光谱法测定企鹅珍珠贝中镉的含量。在优化的试验条件下,镉浓度在0.3-5.0μg/LN吸光度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9993,检出限为0.1511μg/L,测得企鹅珍珠贝中镉含量为8.52mg/kg,测定结果RSD均小于5%(n=6),平均回收率结果为106.3%(n=4)。该方法简便、快速,灵敏度高,准确性好,结果令人满意。 The sample was digested with high pressure sealing, determination of Cd in Pteria penguin by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Under the optimal experimental conditions, in the linear range of 0.3-5.0 μg/L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9993. The detection limits was 0.1511 μg/L, the Cd content was 8.52 mg/kg in Pteria penguin, the RSD are less than 5% (n=6), and the recoveries were 106.3%(n=4). The method rapid, simple with high sensitivity and good accuracy, and the result are satisfactory.
