不同来源金黄色葡萄球菌中耐甲氧西林和肠毒素基因的分布研究 被引量:1

The distributing research of methicillin-resistant and entero toxin genes of staphylococcus aureus from different sources

摘要 以研究不同来源金黄色葡萄球菌中mecA和SEC基因的分布规律,为金葡菌的监控、爆发流行的检测及预防提供依据。针对实验室分离保藏的不同来源的金葡,应用PCR技术对436株金葡进行mecA和SEC基因的检测。mecA基因总检出率为8.7%,除刀具、理发用具和豆制品外,其他来源的金葡中均有检出;SEC基因总检出率为18.1%,速冻食品检出率最高32%;同时含有两种基因的菌株中来自果蔬和化脓组织的最多。各样品中mecA和SEC基因的检出率不同,表明2种致病性毒素对各来源样品的污染程度存在着差异。 This paper investigated the distributing situation of different sources of staphylococcus aureus with mecA and SEC gene for the monitoring of staphylococcus aureus. Provide the basis for detection and prevention of the outbreak of the popular. 436 staphylococcus from different sources were isolated and preserved from the laboratory, the mecA and SEC gene were identified by PCR technology. The total detectable rate of mecA gene was 8.7%, besides the cutters, barber appliances and soy, the other sources of Staphylococcus were detected; the SEC gene detection rate was 18.1% of total, frozen food detection rate high to 32%; contains two kinds of gene most in the vegetable and organization. The detectable rate of mecA and SEC gene is different in each sample, suggesting that pollution level of the two pathogenic toxins is different.
