摘要
目的:研究CT-101大孔吸附树脂再生工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以CT-101大孔吸附树脂对苏氨酸二次母液中色素的饱和吸附率和解吸率为评价指标,以碱性乙醇为再生剂,通过静态实验考察再生液的浓度、浸泡时间、碱醇体积配比对再生效果的影响,通过动态实验考察再生液流速、再生液体积、操作温度对再生效果的影响。结果:静态实验优化工艺:NaOH浓度为4%,乙醇浓度为65%,浸泡时间为4h,碱醇体积(质量分数)配比为:3∶7。动态实验优化工艺:再生液流速为1.5BV/h,再生液体积为3.5BV,操作温度为30℃。结论:CT-101大孔吸附树脂容易再生。
Objective :: To study regeneration technology of CT- 101 macroporous adsorption resin (CT- MAR ). Methods : Using the orthogonal test,the saturated adsorption and desorption rate of CT-MAR for pigment in the second mother liquor of threonine were taken as evaluation parameters to investigate the effects of renewable liquid concentration,soaking time,and volume ratio of alkali and alcohol on regeneration of CT-MAR through static experiment, and to study the influence of flux, solvent amount and temperature on regeneration of CT-MAR through dynamic experiment. Alkaling ethanol was regenerant. Results..The optimal static technology was that the concentrations of NaOH and ethanol were 4% and 65% ,respectively,the soaking time was 4h and the volume ratio of alkali and alcohol was 3:7. The optimal dynamic technology was that the flow rate and volume of renewable liquid were 1.5BV/h and 3.5BV,respectively,and the operating temperature was 30℃. Conclusion:CT-101 macroporous adsorption resin is easy to regenerate.
