摘要
目的:研究核桃饼粕对大鼠学习、记忆和抗氧化功能的影响及其相关机制。方法:64只大鼠随机分成8组:正常饲料组、大豆饼粕2.5g/(kg·d)组、核桃油2.5mL/(kg·d)组、核桃仁3.0g/(kg·d)组和核桃饼粕1.0、2.0、3.0、4.0g/(kg·d)组,连续喂养60d,进行跳台实验及Morris水迷宫行为学测试,并测定大鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)的含量。结果:适量喂食核桃饼粕可明显改善大鼠在跳台及Morris水迷宫实验中的成绩,提高大鼠脑组织SOD活性,降低MDA含量,增强AChE的活性。结论:核桃饼粕能明显改善大鼠学习、记忆能力和抗氧化功能。
Objective: To explore the effect of defatted walnut meal on learning and memory ability and antioxidant capacity in rats and its corresponding mechanisms. Methods: Totally 64 rats were randomly divided into eight groups: normal feed group, defatted soybean meal (2.5 g/(kg?d)) group, walnut oil (2.5 mL/(kg?d)) group, walnut (3.0 g/(kg?d))) group and defatted walnut meal groups at doses of 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 g/(kg?d) and 4.0 g/(kg?d). Following continuous feeding for 60 days, Step-down and Morris water maze tests were used to evaluate the learning and memory ability of rats. The contents of superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in brain tissues of rats were determined. Results: Moderate consumption of defatted walnut meal could greatly improve the performance of Step-down and Morris water maze tests, increase the activities of SOD and AChE in brain tissues of rats and reduce MDA level. Conclusion: Defatted walnut meal can obviously improve the learning and memory abilities and antioxidant capacity of rats.
