摘要
目的考察行动研究法促进农村留守儿童在自尊心、团队信任与合作、耐挫力、建设性交流等4个方面的心理成长作用,为提高农村留守儿童心理健康水平提供依据。方法选取四川省绵阳市涪城区新皂镇博爱小学四至六年级共81名农村留守儿童为研究对象,采用"不相等控制组前测后测设计",用行动研究作为干预手段,"Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表"、"自尊调查表"、"儿童社交焦虑量表"作为实验前后测的量化考核依据。结果实验组在自尊、社交焦虑、幸福与满足三方面前后测差异有统计学意义,对照组各因子前后测差异均无统计学意义。干预后男生的社交焦虑水平显著降低,而女生的自尊水平显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。从留守儿童及其家长、协助教师和研究者4个方面收集行动研究反馈,总体效果良好。结论行动研究法对于提升农村留守儿童自尊心、团队信任与合作、耐挫力、建设性交流等方面的心理成长有较明显的作用。
Objective To improve the mental growth level of self-esteem,team collaboration,tolerance and constructive communication of the left-behind children in rural areas of China by an action research.Methods Eighty-one left-behind children from Bo' ai School in Xinzao town in Mianyang city were selected as subject,which used non-equipment control-group ex-pro test design and measured by Piers-Harris Children' s Self-concept Scale,The Self-esteem Inventory,Social Anxiety Scale for Children.Results There was significant difference on the level of self-esteem,social anxiety,happiness and satisfaction in ex-pro test of experimental group while no same results occurred in control-group.After intervention,the male students got lower social anxiety level while the female got higher self-esteem level.Left-behind children,parents,the teachers who gave assistance and the team of researcher all reflected well effectness.Conclusion Action research is effective on improving the mental growth level of self-esteem,team collaboration,tolerance and constructive communication of the left-behind children in rural areas of China.
