摘要
目的:研究中药复方海康灵对Aβ1-40致神经细胞损伤的保护作用。方法:采用体外细胞培养的方法,建立SH-SY5Y神经细胞Aβ1-40损伤模型。通过观察细胞形态、测定细胞存活率(MTT法)、Hoechst染色检测细胞凋亡,研究海康灵对SH-SY5Y神经细胞损伤的保护作用。结果:海康灵复方能减轻Aβ1-40引起的SH-SY5Y神经细胞的损伤,提高细胞的存活率,能有效抑制Aβ1-40所致的神经细胞凋亡。结论:中药复方海康灵对Aβ1-40致神经细胞损伤有保护作用。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of Haikangling compound on damage of cultured SH-SY5Y cells by β-amyloid peptide and its mechanisms. METHODS The damage of cultured SH-SY5Y cells was induced by β-amyloid pep- tide. The protective effects of Haikangling compound were observed by morphology picture of cultured cells and colorlmetrie MTT assay, the morphology of SH-SY5Y cells was also observed by Hoechst 33258 staining, RESULTS Haikangling com- pound could relieve the damage of SH-SY5Y cells induced by β-amyloid peptide and increased the survival rate of the cells. The compound of Haikangling could effectively inhibit neuronal apoptosis induced by β-amyloid peptide. CONCLUSION The compound of Haikangling can strongly protect the cultured SH-SYSY cells from damage induced by β-amyloid peptide.
