肾细胞癌的表观遗传学研究进展
摘要
肾细胞癌（RCC）又称肾癌、肾腺癌,起源于肾小管上皮细胞,其发病率居泌尿系统肿瘤的第2位,约占全身恶性肿瘤的2%~3%。近年来的流行病学研究发现,RCC的发病呈年轻化趋势。目前对于RCC的治疗仍以根治性手术为主,放疗和化疗的效果均不佳,术后复发率〉20%。全球每年被确诊的新发肾脏肿瘤病例〉20万例[1]。
