摘要
目的评价香叶醇治疗小鼠白假丝酵母菌阴道炎的疗效。方法用琼脂平板二倍稀释法测定香叶醇对白假丝酵母(从四川省妇幼保健院门诊患者阴道分泌物中分离)的最低抑菌浓度,用阴道给药香叶醇观察接种小鼠白假丝酵母菌阴道炎的疗效;用SPSS 17.0单因素方差分析法和T检验比较分析各组小鼠及不同给药时间阴道内菌落数的差异显著性。结果香叶醇对白假丝酵母均有较强的抗菌活性,MIC为0.11~0.23 mg/mL。分别与模型组和给药前比较,高、中、低剂量组给药3 d、5 d和7 d后,小鼠阴道内白假丝酵母菌落数均明显下降(P<0.05,P<0.01)。与模型组比较,高、中、低剂量组分别给药14 d和20 d,治愈时间明显缩短(P<0.05,P<0.01),治愈率明显提高,但在给定剂量范围内,量效关系不显著。结论香料香叶醇有望成为抗白假丝酵母霉菌性阴道炎的候选药物。
AIM To evaluate the efficacy of geraniol as antiCandida albicans agent to treat mice with candidal vaginitis. METHODS Minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs) of geraniol against Candida albicans,isolated from vaginal secretions of out-patients from Sichuan Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital,were determined by agar dilution method.Geraniol as vaginal drug delivery was assigned to observe the efficacy for mice.The data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS 17.0,and multifactor analysis of variance(ANOVA) and paired T-test were used to compare the differences of colony number and the drug treatment time in different groups. RESULTS Geraniol had strong activity in vitro against Candida albicans with MIC ranging from 0.11 to 0.23 mg/mL.Geraniol also showed strong efficacy in mice with vaginitis infected with Candida albicans.After geraniol administered for 3 d,5 d and 7 d,respectively,the colony number of Candida albicans in vagina decreased significantly(P 0.05,P 0.01).After geraniol administrated for 14 d or 20 d,the average healing time and the cure rate of mice increased significantly without dose-dependent relationship in given dose range(P 0.05,P 0.01).CONCLUSION The experiment shows that geraniol may become a choice of treatment for anti-Candida albicans in the future.
