摘要
采用超高效液相色谱-光电二极管阵列法检测了治咳川贝枇杷滴丸及其相似处方制剂产品的指纹图谱,再用偏最小二乘法进行聚类分析评价研究。结果显示治咳川贝枇杷滴丸过期样品与市售产品间差异最大。继而采用全二维气相色谱-飞行时间质谱(GC×GC/TOF-MS)对治咳川贝枇杷滴丸中的挥发性成分进行定性定量分析。共确定了其中的74个成分,所鉴定的组分占挥发油色谱总馏出峰面积的90.19%。
Based on the fingerprints determined by UPLC-PDA method, the cluster analysis of Zhike Chuanbeipipa dropping pills and the similar products were carried out by partial least squares method. The results showed that there was a maximum difference between the expired and valid batches of Zhike Chuanbeipipa dropping pills. Then the volatile components of the pills were qualitative and quantitative analyzed by GCxGC-TOF-MS. Seventy-four chemical compounds were identified, which were accounted for a 90.19 % proportion of total volatile components.
