Investigation of Delamination Mechanism of Bilayer Tablets

摘要 从断裂力学的角度,建立三点单边切口弯曲试验方法,测定微晶纤维素(MCC)和一水乳糖(LM)的临界应力强度因子(KIIC0),以及MCC和LM组成的双层片的远场应力强度因子(K∞IC0)和界面临界应力强度因子(KIFIC)。比较上述参数的大小,探索弹性错配对层裂的影响。结果表明,KIFIC<K∞IC0<KIIC0,说明MCC和LM制成的双层片存在层裂倾向,三点单边切口弯曲试验方法能预测双层片的层裂倾向。 From the viewpoint of fracture mechanics, a three-point bending single edge notched fracture test 1 was adopted to determine the critical stress intensity factor (Klc0) of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) and lactose monohydrate (LM), the far-field stress intensity factor (KIC0) and the critical stress intensity factor at the interface (KIlov) of bilayer tablets prepared with MCC and LM. The values of above parameters were compared to discuss the impact of 1F I the elastic mismatch on delamination and spallation. The order of above parameters was KIC 〈 KIC0 〈Klc0 , so the bilayer tablets with MCC and LM had a delamination tendency and this method could predict the delamination ofbilayer tablets.
