胆石利通片中白矾的电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定

Determination of Alum in Danshi Litong Tablets by ICP-MS

建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定胆石利通片中的白矾。白矾中的铝元素在0～1μg／ml范围内线性关系良好，方法重复性RSD为2．95％；空白加样和样品加样回收率为105．3％和106．0％。

An inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry （ICP-MS） method was established for the determination of alum in Danshi Litong tablets. The calibration curve of aluminum was linear in the concentration range of 0 - 1μg/ml. The RSD was 2.95%. The average recoveries in the blank and in the sample were 105.3% and 106.0%.
