DGSS系列双子表面活性剂在羊毛织物染色中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 为改善常规酸性染料在羊毛织物上的染色性能,将6种自制新型双子表面活性剂DGSS用于羊毛织物常规酸性染料染色体系,比较了6种不同DGSS对羊毛织物染色性能的影响,并与FFA+SET复合助剂进行了对比。结果表明:6种DGSS对染料色光均无影响,在其用量分别为FFA+SET复合助剂一半条件下,对羊毛织物酸性染料染色应用中,DGSS对降低初染率有改善效果。在匀染性上,在雅格赛特红N-PB染羊毛织物上,DGSS系列均有较好的匀染性,其中GSSEEB的匀染效果明显优于FFA+SET复合助剂。在雅格赛特蓝N-PR染羊毛织物上,只有GSSEH、GSSBH和GSSBMP表现出较好的匀染性,但略低于FFA+SET复合助剂。当GSSEEB用量为3.0%(o.w.f)时,其在雅格赛特红N-PB染羊毛织物上有较小的相对不匀度,表观色深接近FFA+SET复合助剂。当GSSBH用量为3.5%(o.w.f)时,其在雅格赛特蓝N-PR染羊毛织物上相对不匀度明显优于FFA+SET复合助剂,表观色深也与FFA+SET复合助剂相当。 In order to improve the dyeing behavior the conventional acid dyes on wool fabrics,six DGSS gemini surfactants were developed and used in the dyeing wool fabrics with convention acid dyes,and their effects on the dyeing properties of the wool fabrics were investigated.A comparison was made between the six DGSS Gemini surfactants and the composite additives FFA+SET.The results indicated that DGSS has little effect on the shade of the dyeings.When the dosage of DGSS was half as much as that of FFA+SET and used in the dyeing of wool fabrics with acid dyes,DGSS exhibited better initial rate of dyeing.DGSS series displayed better levelness when used in the dyeing of wool fabrics with Argacid Red N-PB,in particular,GSSEEB is obviously superior to FFA+SET.However,when Argacid Blue N-PR was used,only GSSEH,GSSBH and GSSBMP exhibited good levelness but slightly inferior to FFA+SET.With GSSEEB amount of 3.0%(o.w.f) in the dyeing of wool fabrics with Argacid Red N-PB,slight unevenness was observed,with apparent color depth close to that of FFA+SET.And when the amount of GSSBH of 3.5%(o.w.f) was used in the dyeing of wool fabrics with Argacid Blue N-PR,its evenness was better than that FFA+SET,and apparent color depth comparable to that of FFA+SET.
