Pretreatment process and equipment for coating structural parts of engineering machinery

结合各类工程机械结构件生产工艺特点,介绍了不同表面状态的工程机械结构件涂装前处理(包括脱脂和抛丸除锈)工艺和设备,重点讨论抛丸器的选型和抛丸设备的使用,比较了白口铸铁丸、脱碳退火铸铁丸、铸钢丸、钢丝切丸等4种丸料的性价比,为工程机械结构件的抛丸除锈提供参考。

Combined with the production process characteristics of various structural parts of engineering machinery, the coating pretreatment （including degreasing and shot blasting） processes and equipments for the parts with different surface conditions were introduced. The selection and application of shot blasting machine were discussed emphatically. The cost-to-performance ratios of four kinds of pill materials such as white cast iron pills, decarburized and annealed cast iron pills, cast steel pills, and steel cut wire shots were compared. A reference for rust removal of structural parts of engineering machine by shot blasting was provided.
