摘要
研究了超声强化镍催化剂催化油脂共轭反应的效果。在超声作用下,以大豆油为原料,镍为固体催化剂,氮气为保护气,通过单因素和正交实验,分别考察了超声功率、超声作用方式、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对油脂共轭反应的影响。结果表明最佳工艺条件为:超声功率25W,超声作用方式5 s/7 s,催化剂用量10%,反应时间50 min,反应温度140℃。在最佳工艺条件下得到油脂共轭亚油酸含量为7.498 mg/mL。
The effect of ultrasonic on the conjugated reaction of oil using Ni as catalyst was investigated. Based on single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the effects of ultrasonic power, ultrasonic method, reaction temperature, catalyst amount and reaction time on the conjugated reaction were studied with soybean oil as raw material, Ni as solid catalyst, and N2 as shielding gas. The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions were as follows : ultrasonic power 25 W, ultrasonic method 5 s/7 s, cata- lyst amount 10%, reaction time 50 min and reaction temperature 140 ℃. Under these conditions, the content of conjugated linoleic 'acid obtained was 7. 498 mg/mL.
