甘油钙固体碱催化大豆油制备生物柴油 被引量:2

摘要 利用甘油和高温焙烧(900℃)废弃鸡蛋壳制得的氧化钙制备了固体碱催化剂甘油钙,研究了甘油钙在大豆油与甲醇的酯交换反应制备生物柴油中的催化性能,考察了催化剂的焙烧温度、甲醇与大豆油物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间对生物柴油收率的影响。经元素分析仪分析结果确定催化剂为二甘油钙(Ca(C3H7O3)2)。在催化剂焙烧温度为250℃、催化剂用量为大豆油质量的5%、甲醇与大豆油物质的量比为8∶1、反应时间为5 h的条件下,生物柴油收率在86%以上。 Solid base catalyst calcium glyceroxide was prepared by glycerol and calcium oxide from waste egg shell calcined at 900 ℃. The catalytic performance of calcium glyceroxide was investigated in biodie- sel preparation by transesterification of soybean oil with methanol. The effects of calcination temperature, molar ratio of methanol to soybean oil, reaction time and catalyst dosage on biodiesel yield were dis- cussed. The results of elemental analysis showed that the catalyst was Ca (C3 n7 03 )2 and 86% of the biodiesel yield was obtained under the optimal preparation conditions of calcination temperature 250 ℃, molar ratio of methanol to soybean oil 8: 1, reaction time 5 h and catalyst dosage 5% ( based on the mass of soybean oil).
